This is still going on 04.13.11. Same tipe of threat technics. Be carefull very carefull. Called DMV they said they heard about stuff like that too.
The only game players here are you and your collector boss. Funny that the "forever grateful" commentor following you in the same hour shares your writing style. Threats of legal action and hostile put-downs from phone reps are sore thumb violations of FDCPA, and suggest a desperate agency with no proof of claim.
