For all of you receiving calls from GE Money in regards to a belk account or any other card like WalMart, Sams club, Brooks Brother, GAP, Old Navy, Banana Republic, American Eagle, Dillards, JCPenny's, or Lord and Taylor it is very legit. If you paid any attention when you signed up for the card you would know that all of these companies use larger banks or companies to finance their store credit cards. When you fail to make a payment on time they call and it is on a dialer so if u do not answer or make some type of arrangement it calls back. You are more than welcome to file a complaint to the FTC or your State Attorney General but they will investigate to see that you have a debt and it is your responsibility to make sure that you are paying on time and thats exactly what they will tell you. If somone owe you money you will call them to get your money correct? SO dont complain just pay the bill. and if the call isnt for you or a wrong number politely tell the rep that its wrong number! Geesh some of you i can believe why you have debt b/c you're so ignorant to the facts and what the issue is. Its not a telemarketer and its not harrassment. PAY YOUR BILLS!!
