Sounds like you can sue them in small claims but keep a record of what time and day and maybe the person you talked to before you file because they violated federal and state laws after you told them the first time to stop calling and they keep calling.

Called back and the number asked me for my SOCIAL SECURITY number for "healthcare options". I never asked for healthcare options and certainly wouldn't give these people my social security number. They call at 8:00 am EVERY SINGLE DAY even though I have asked REPEATEDLY for them to stop calling. SCAMMERS!

It's for Health Care Options, which is Medi-Cal. Get the number they give and call back, then you'll know it's legit.

Yes these people always call and hang up after two rings. They never leave messages.

They call almost every morning, the phone rings a couple times and there's never anyone there. What a load!
