Just called me and said they need help as part of the probate of my deceased mothers will. There is no probate and they could not provide any specific information, other than there was an outstanding debt, which there is not. Very much a scam!

Left a message trying to collect a debt from "Charley Lockheart". Left a reference number. Never heard of this person. Called my cell phone.

The company is legit. My deceased relative had a Discover card with a balance on it. She passed in Oct 2017. About 2 weeks ago I got a letter from Discover stating their condolences and that someone would be in touch about resolving this debt or I could call them myself. My relative left no estate to be settled, nothing went to probate, no money, no land, no car. The credit card was an unsecured card and no co signers so when she passed so did the debt. I told the lady this and she said she'd make note of it in the file and pass it on. I didn't know what she meant by pass it on but I do now because today I received a call from EIS. The lady was very professional and polite .. I told her the same thing .. she said no I didn't have any obligation to pay it then asked if I would like to put something towards it, I told her I would not. The asked if they lowered it by 2,000$ would that help me resolve it, I told her no, that this relative lived in a nursing home, couldn't drive and had nothing. She thanked me and told me I would receive a letter but to just file it. And that if we ever did have to turn anything of the relatives over to probate that a claim would be filed. I told her ok and that was that.

I was called tonight on my cell phone from this number. A msg. was left for the late Ricky an I am not dead yet,
