Got same message as above. they threaten to deactivate SIN number if you don't press "1" or else..... Just want to make sure no one falls for this trick.

Some dogforsaken scammer from south of the lines telling me that my socials will be cancelled unless... I hung up.

I had the same experience today. They were speaking english with an accent . It was about my social security number.

Nothing but another scam trying to scare you to press numbers on your phone and act as if your social security number has been compromised and will be cancelled. Don't fall for this idiotic crap, they just want more info on you so you can be scammed for ever.
