I concur with " receiver of call". Identical experience! I got number to call to get off their list but guess what, these bums don't open up til 9am but they have no problems bothering people after 9pm!

Called during day I ignore. Then they wait until right before 10pm to call. I catch on second ring to stop the noise, as wife is asleep. As the harassment caller begins, I ask to be removed from their listings. She continues to talk of survey. I inform her a late call like this is Harassment and to please remove me from their lists. As she starts up again, I tell her to have a nice night and hang up. About a week later I get a card in the mail telling me they WILL BE Calling Again!. In other words, they know I requested to not be called again, but plan on harassing me anyway. An ethical company would have confirmed they put me on a do not call basis, plus maybe tell me to please go to their website and consider taking their stupid survey. Clearly this is NOT a professional or ethical business.

What would happen if I don't include my phone number in the 10-question survey (which I have just received in the mail with a dollar bill) upon returning the survey? I do NOT want to give them my phone number, especially after reading what everyone has said here. I am guessing that I would not receive the $5 for the brief survey.

Over the past couple of weeks, I must have received a dozen calls at all different times of day, with a recorded message about some survey of my social media usage and the "press 1, press 2, press 3" automated response option. I am supposed to be on the no call list, and do not pick up the phone for robo-calls ever. I leave them for the answering machine.Tonight I got a call that finally identified the caller as Scarborough Research Co. The message informed me that they would be calling back, with no option for me to opt out. It said I could also call 1-800-753-6043 or go to surveyhelp123.com to complete the survey at my convenience.I pay by the minute for outgoing calls, and have no intention of calling them back to be tied up for an undetermined length of time, so I went to the website to see if I could at least look at the survey, and possibly complete it there. No way. The site says that if I received a phone call, I need to use the phone to complete the survey.I wonder how long I will have to endure these annoying calls before they finally give up. They say they are registered with the BBB, so I looked them up. They have a D- rating.

Jenifer called last night at 9:30pm. No message. I enjoy calling them back and giving them a taste of their own medicine. There are 2#'s 210-736-3080 and another #800-753-6043. I called both#'s and the same person answered. I also called their "Espanol" option and Jen answered in the worst Spanish I've heard since highschool. With an Indi twist. Auto dialing both#'s every 15min for the next week, Morons should learn how to spoof their#'s for no callback. Amateurs. This post will be updated daily.

Just saw this post! She just called! I told her I'll call back as well. They seem to have only 1 person in their call center. Also called 1-210-763-3080. Same person. Only 1 way to get rid of Scarborough..take the call and have some fun at their expense. I'll call again b4 bedtime!

They called last night at 10pm. Left a message that sounded like a fax. Calling them back every evening for the next few days at 12pmish when we I hit the rack.
