This is from Diversified Consultants, who are a collection agency. They call and leave no message. Called them back, and they gave me the name of the person they were looking for; a relative of mine, but not me.Asked to have my phone number taken off their list. We shall see if they keep calling.

No, this is a company that buys your debt for pennies on the dollar. Let's say you have a dispute with your cell phone provider. Sound familiar? You refuse to pay their ransom because they scammed you. Years later your "debt" has been passed around to several collections companies who pay a small fee to take on (or buy) your case. They bully you and sometimes you actually pay to get them off your back. Guess what? They've just made a huge profit. On top of that, they have rights to access your credit record and keep reporting that you are delinquent,thereby hurting your score. Hey...that's what America is made of, right? The credit reporting system needs an overhaul folks because these guys hold the cards to screw us daily. "Your bill was not resolved." That's right friend...and it NEVER WILL BE.

If you can't spell "Debt", you shouldn't be judging others responses or issues.

Maybe if you read the whole note and not just jumped to judgemental conclusions, you would have seen that Thomas did not receive a bill, just started getting calls about a bill for his nephews. It's because of people like you who judge first without due diligence that cause issues.
