this company calls us every day several times a day. no one talks ,, just calls and no one is on the line. There are times that they ask for someone that doesn't live here,, I tell them that.. one time they said they will take our name out of the computer but that never happened. The site for this number is loaded with complaints.. why are they allowed to harass so many of us. Can't you shut them down?

If you get a call from this number report it on donotcall.gov. Even as a "debt collector" they arent allowed to make robocalls.

This company drs Bonded Collection System. called me last year and made arranement payments of 410 a month, we turned off,canceled & dropped a lot of things to make this kind of pymt. They day they took our 3rd months pymt, they call me; & right when my husband was loosing his job. The lady said if we didn't pay the settlement amount then the original company was going to get us for the full plus court fees and late, etc. I started crying cause we didn't have $3,400 to give to them. The collection person told me to that since my name was on our bank account that I can make a dis.on this matter, since my husband was at work. I kept crying cause she kept badgering me saying she needed an answer right now. She said Citifinancial already did some investigation on my husband and he has a retirement, we have so much in our bank account. I started crying even more. I told her no he does not. He use to awhile back with another company. and that we only had just under 1,00 in our account and that was for current rent and bills. I tried telling her the information they had was very old. She didn't listen to me. I knew we didn't have that kind of money and wasn't sure where I was going to get it from. She started raising her voice telling me to quit crying right now and deside now. You need to ok this process now. She said we can give you 2 weeks to get the money together. Then she told me to stop it now just stop. I just wanted to get her off the phone and call my husband. I told her ok. She typed something up real quick and that was it . After freaking out and borrowing money from family before they automaticly withdrawn the money. And the lady saying and faxing me from the company a letter of satisfied and pay off amount letter.The took the money and then now I find out they gave the account back to the original comp. and now they gave it to another collection company to get the rest. Even though it was suppose to have been satisfied and paid off and settled with the settlement amout. This is so stressful on a family, espcially with todays crappy economy and gov., we also have to deal withperisites like these companies.

YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!

They call relentlessly, day and night. Three, four, five times a day. I don't know who they are, or why they call, or what they want. I have managed to not answer their calls for over a year now, thinking that they will eventually give up but they never, ever do. I don't know of any old, outstanding bill, and even if I had one, I never, ever give out my bank account info to a perfect stranger, just because they say they are employed to collect money from me. Sometimes the caller ID says "DRS", and sometimes it just says "unknown". Any legal way to make them leave me alone?
