Try this : Their system is configured so that the agent cannot terminate the call only put you on hold for a call you initiate. Call them at 800-851-9631, put your phone on mute and just leave it during daytime eastern business hours. The system will rotate the call from agent to agent. It will take all of us to send them the message. I'm not a client or owe any money. I myself have tried in vain for months to get them to stop calling : they just don't get the message.

D.R.S.....no one is EVER there when you call back! Total SCAM!!!!! They just keep calling!!!!How do I make it stop?! Ug!!!!

I'm new to the area and not many people have this number - which is registered on the Do Not Call list and yet this number continues to call me. Who is it and how do I make it stop?

if you have unlimited calling you can call them back and when they answer don't say anything. they say hello what number is this..hello..hello. then your call dumps back into their system to repeat this same process over and over for as long as you like

I think these people are part of an ID theft ring. They pose as a collection agency and pump you for information to get you to prove you are NOT who they are after. You don't know what piece of your ID profile is missing. Anything you give them could allow them to complete the puzzle and steal your identity and sell it.Why do you think it is that so many posts here say that the person they are after doesn't live there? It's because the calls have nothing to do with debt collection. The calls are random and odds are, a certain percentage of people will try to convince them that they are not the target and give them ID information to prove it. Probably works pretty well for them.It's a Phishing scam. They don't follow the laws because they are criminals. Do not give them any information and report them to the authorities.Unfortunately the authorities are overwhelmed and can't battle these things so we have to protect ourselves. Don't fall for it.

These people call us all the time to and I too get nothing when I answer so I quit answering. I DID try to call today to see who they were and what they wanted and the women was so rude and refused to tell me anything unless I gave her a bunch of personal information. when I said I was trying to find out who they were she was very nasty and said I will tell you if I get some information. I again said she needed to tell me who she was and she said ' HAVE A GOOD DAY and hung up on me

followup- I've reported them to the BBB. Meanwhile I do my callback thing. There system just keeps dumping my call back into itself and another operator tries to talk to me. I get dozens of operators some get pissed that no one is answering. I put a piece of tape over the mouth hole so I can go about my business. I have call waiting so no worries. I usually do them about an hour every time they call me.

I dial the number and blocked it, by calling *67-800-851-9631 and it says, Hi you reach DRS please hold for a representative. Yeah Right, I hung up.
