Im sick of this, get a call 3 times a week same message. Its for the same woman who I have no idea who it is, I can never talk to anyone there is no point anyways they would probably just hang up on me. This is Harrassment, I pick up the phone because I never know if its long distance friends or what...I don't know how to stop it yep but im gonna find a way.

We are getting a call from these folks about 3-4 time a week and wish someone would find out who's doing it and make them quit. The latest was the recorded message that said it was from a collection agency - that I owed $88 and gave me some menu. I hung up - came and did a search for the 800 number and got to this site.

I got this call saying I owed 5X.XX and gave me a menu of options to pay. If I am sure of something, is that I do not owe anything to anyone. Representatives were not available. Recording asked to call them back at 8009001380

Got a call at 8am today (Saturday)!!If this is really Penn Credit why doesn't someone find out what state they are in and have the state attorney general look in on their practices? This and another website that callers are reporting on this number are saying the same thing (persistent calling, wrong names, hang up, etc). The other website has callers complaining way back in '06; I and AM above have been contacted as recent as today (06/09).

i was not home. received a voice message from a recording that said:"hello. i'm calling about important personal business .please call me back as soon as possible at the following number: 800-900-1380. again my number is 800-900-1380. thank you. goodbye."when i called back..."all circuits are busy now."central credit, (717)238-7124...is what showed up on the caller id

They call everyday, morning, and night! Whenever I pickup it is dead silent and I don't even hear breathing, but then before I hangup I hear weird noises like a robot?? I think an automated caller or something.

June 8 and June 9 Received 3 calls. 1st call automated somethin bout personal business to discuss. You call them back it rings once and then all circuits are busy. I have no outstanding bills I pay 2 months ahead of time. I think this number is fraud. If it is then you guys better watch it cause you're going to get caught.
