made a tax time settlement and that was two years ago. I am still fighting with them to close my account and stop sending out to other credit collection agencies. I get at least four calls a day for an account that was paid of and closed two YEARS AGO!!!! Please, make tham stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calls several times a day starting in the morning at 8:00 and every hour until 11:00 then in the evenings sometimes. Hangs up when answered. I just let the machine get it. It would be nice to have automation call all of the employees of the [***] company doing this from 1:00am until 6:00am every hour their local time. ;>

These people call 4 or 5 times a day. I do not have, nor have I ever had an association with this company. Apparently being on the DO NOT CALL registry makes no difference to these a**h****

So far 6 calls this morning (Sunday before Christmas)& showing up as "Unkown Name" on CID & no message has been left yet.

I called this number. They also asked for my social security number....how ridiculous...of course, I said no. Then they asked for my phone number and name......I gave it to them to just get the information. It is AMERICAN EAGLE!!!!! I owe them a $40 payment and they have called me endlessly day after day at all hours. I told them that I am CLOSING that account and will NEVER shop there again. I am informing American Eagle of their tactics also. I told her how many times they have called and to stop calling me!!! Good luck to you all!

These people do not stop even when they are getting your payment through the debt management proposal that they accepted. They lie and say they didn't accept the proposal when it is in your hand the letter saying that they did. AND they tell you that you better pay up or they will close your account....WHO CARES....I did that myself when we had our unfortunate financial issues. I hope that if what happened to our family ever happens to them they get treated in a more humane manner....sometimes bad things do happen to good people...believe me I would rather have paid my AE bill than use that money for medical and then funeral bills. They have no sympathy.

They call me constantly and I just ignore it, but it is my cell phone and it irritates the heck out of me. They will not stop calling, even though I have told them over and over again that they have the wrong number AND it is my cell phone!

1-800-945-6596 IS FAKE! i just contacted the real GE money through American Eagle and they dont have such a number. PLEASE DO NOT CALL WITH YOUR INFO! i have been getting about 10 calls per day from them, but i reject the call on my cell.
