Called but did not leave msg on answering machine. If it is a debt collection company, remember to tell them if they hv any questions to put in writing via USPS. Do NOT say anything over the phone. Do NOT give any personal information. THAT INCLUDES YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER bc if they hv a debt record they should hv that info too. Remember most medical drop off credit report after 3 years so do NOT admit NOR deny any debt bc they can restart the debt again for another 3 years.

This is the bottom-of-the-barrel collection agency of Kingman, Cole Associates. They used to be Marshall and Ziolowski until they got sued collectively and have judgments against them for over $150,000. They are trying to avoid paying these judgments. They are a bunch of lying, harassing cads who try to intimate you into paying for debts. They buy out very old, usually expired, debts that have been resold several times for pennies on the dollar. Then they try to collect triple the ORIGINAL amount using illegal and intimidating tactics.Check your own state's statue of limitations for debt collections. It's usually 3, 4 or 5 years. In the meantime, ignore them. If you get too much harassment, you can get a lawyer to take your case and make thousands of dollars from these clods.Whatever you do, do NOT send them any money. If you do, the statue of limitations resets to day 1, and you will need to put up with them for all those years starting over.

Called numerous times, I ignored the calls. After a few days of this, I answered, but stayed silent. I heard nothing, then the call disconnected. I'm sure it is Spam but I don't know what it is.
