This company keeps distrubing my privacy with their phone calls. I do not owe them any money and I request that this company remove my number from their system, but if they donot, I will gadly turn this company over to the District Attorney's office, then I 'll take my money and sue them. Again remove my number from your acount.

Called, No voicemail was left. I called, was put on hold. After 60secs. I hung up. They again have called but left no message.

I too keep getting phone calls from this number and have never taken the call. After reading these comments about this so-called debt collection company, I took it upon myself to install YouMail and WhoAreYou? on my Android phone and permanently block them from ever getting through. Now everytime they call, the programs ditch the call and gives them a selected recording that my phone is out of service and then hangs up on them preventing them from leaving a voicemail. I never even hear the phone ring from them anymore but am alerted that the call was ditched. Get these pieces of software and your days of harassment are over for good!

As a former collector (had to get out before I lost my soul) I can say that a call does not make them stop. Cease and desist requests are required to be in writing per the FDCPA.

They are not a company out of New York. It is actually a collection agency for medical dept and out of Durham, NC.

I get a lot of "junk phone calls". I ask them to stop, nicely. More calls. I got stern with them, no change. I started throwing out extremely vulgar profanity and racial epithets, and it stopped for a while. Do you think I should continue? Would you quit calling if I severely offended you?

Something like "your mother has a nasty [***] so I [***] her but you were born anyway".Another effective tool is racial epithets, to wit: "I hate [***], spics, and Jews". I am certain I have offended a few.Any more ideas would be appreciated.
