I was told to call this number, if I wished to cancel future shipments of a product. I've been trying to call and I only get a busy signal. I'm concerned that this is some type of a scam and that my credit card will continue to be charged.And has been from the past 4 months what action is bto be taken. Help!!??

I went ahead and cancelled my credit card (the cc company is reissuing another with another number). So, if they decide to charge my old credit card, EVEN AFTER we've cancelled which we did so today, the charge will not go thru.They can ship all the product they want but they're not getting any more money from us.

I did the same thing!! I have tried to call for the 4 days and get a busy signal!! I am going to have to cancel my CC also!! How can slimballs like these people stay in business? I am always very careful about internet scams, but this one got me!!

1-801-208-7485This is a scam and a fraud. They are ripping off America. Keep calling and cancel your account. They are the most evil people I have ever interacted with. They refused to accept the product returned unused. The product does not work. They claim it is a health product and a contract so it can't be broken. They read from a script like robots and are prepared with answers to threats of reporting to BBB and States Attorney's offices...which I encourage everyone to do.They are based out of Utah.

I did order this product, like an idot. And it did not work or do anything so I tried to cancel the order..I wish i looked this phone number up before. I have been calling and it has been busy for days. I did pay with my debt card but i reported it stolen and they canceled the card. I am preying that it will keep me from getting charged...

Gee I feel like a dope!! Isn't it amazing how we can get suckered. Yep, my credit card was charged today...how convenient on a Friday...but come Monday I will be at my bank to see what I can do to get my money back and stop any other charges!! I wish I had checked this out before...Extreme Acai Berry ...what a scam!

My fulfillment address in Davie, Flo. It might have had something in front of Davie but it was cut off. The 801 # I have says it is Fort L>auderdale, Flo. I had not called it yet, because when I got the unordered stuff the phone # said the hr. were 8-5 MST. Did any of you have trouble with a 201-621-5698 (# out on NJ) number after ordering the trial order? I was hounded for a couple of weeks. Then I sent a email. to support@colonsmartcleanser.com. I don't know if my email made them stop calling me, but I told them I was going to the NJ Attorney General, the FCC, the BBB and Consumers Affairs. I am still thinking of going to a tv station with this latest crap. If you go to the 201 # the emails are basically the same for the 801 #.

I am like everyone else. I got scammed with that $3.95 trial. offer. I tried a couple times to call but only got a busy signal. In the meantime while I was doing that my husband called our credit card company and they immediately cancelled that credit card. They already had gotten an $83.31 billing. They said they were sending us papers to see if we can get that amount taken off the card. This is the first tie I have ever been scammed. I am praying that everyone who has been scammed can get good results.

I ordred only trial product but send me that after three weeks with a new product and they charged me 89.95 $. My PROBLEM IS I CAN'T CANCEL TEH ORDER WITH MY DEBIT CARD.tHE NUMBER THEY GAVE TO ME DOES'NT RESPONSE.

I ordered the trial like 2 weeks ago and never got it. I was going to call and cancel anyhow before the trial period ended 2 days from now but when I couldn't get through the phone line I tried to locate them onine for another contact option and then found this after googling their phone umber. Thank you all for posting this stuff. I just disputed the $3.95 charge and am calling to change my account info right after I finish typing this. Thanks to yall i won't get screwed out of like $90. What the hell can we do about companies like this?
