My daughter ordered a trial bottle of Total Cleanse ,she received it then decided to cancel futher orders. She thought she was paying $3.95 for the trial but was charged $79.00 that was taken out of her account automatically. That put her account in the red so it cost her another $25.00. She also received a number to varify that she called and canceled. This month this company took out another $78.00 on the 24th,. and tried to withdraw another $90.00 ( not exactly sure about the exact amount) but bank would not allow the withdraw because her account did not having that much money. She called the company and was very upset. They again gave her another number and told her when the product arrived to send it back and it would be credited back to her. Well today she received a e mail and that person told her not to send it back and the conformation number was not good. She has not received the product and when she gets it she is sending it back even if they do not want it back. I think everyone should know about this company. She is a single parent with three children and is having a hard enough time trying to pay bills . Please let everyone know so they will not order from these peiople.

i ordered these acai berry pills from a myspace ad for 3.95 shipping close to a month ago. i didn't see them for forever then i get this charge for 89 bucks in my checking acct. i called and got through on my first try and they said they would refund the money, could take up to 10 days. still waiting for that. this morning i checked my acct and there is a charge for 8.51 from Pricelimbo.com that i didn't approve. apparently by ordering these pills you unknowingly agree to sign up for pricelimbo and a company called fitfactory.com. still waiting to see charges for them. to call pricelimbo and cancel and get money back the number is 877-350-8480 and fitfactory.com is 866-407-1022. i hope this helps some of you in the future. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. ITS A SCAM. the bottle of acai pills that i got had 5 pills in it.

OMG I am about to lose my mind with these charges. I NEVER ever use my card online and DUMB one night I did. Well the pricelimbo charges of $8.51 started about a week after I canceled my account. I called my bank they said call the company I did and they said I'd get a refund I also told them they needed to refund me my over draft fee they said no problem 2 to 3 weeks at the most the refund will be done. Well I didn't get a refund but thought oh well they won't charge me again until I logged into my accoutn today and another one I was pissed called my bank back and explained when I called last month you told me call teh company and I did they said they would refund and never did and here is another charge. So they refunded me the ODF and both charges and they are sending me out a new card. At least I know I won't get anymore charges.

It's funny as they stated "14 days trial" because my credit card was charged $3.95 on 11/13, and $89.31 was charged on 11/28! So they started counting the trial period way before we even receive the product. I just called them minutes ago, spoke to a Michelle and got a confirmation number to cancel my account. No, they do not refund and no return (I did receive another bottle shortly after my trial received). I spent $89.31 to buy this experience - not to trust any trial offer from now on. I will double check my credit card statement next month and hopefully they keep their promise to cancel my account..

This company is scamming people and need to be brought out of business, since they do not send you any statement or bill or product when charging your credit card. So far me and my wife desperately tryinmg to rech anyone, but all we have got so far was a busy line, or a voice mailbox, that is constantly full, or your call is put on hold until you give up or the phone line got interrupted and you may start all over. Yesterday I was on hold forever and then a recording came up, that it is now after there business hours... Every business tells you "Thank for cr alling ..." with the business name, but not them. This already indicates fraud. Amazing that the FBI is not on their tail...
