I didn't get a call. I received an email Mypoints. I pressed enter to get the 5 points for reading the email. The email took me to a site that said all I had to do was pay for shipping and handling to get the free sample. I never received the confirmation email that my order was placed. I never received an email that my order was shipped. I should have received an email since I gave them my credit card number. That was the first week of July. Today is July 19. I was charged $89.31 from my checking account. I have never received the free sample or the full product since I was charged the full price. My bank is going to have the money transferred back into my checking account. I have a fraud alert on my account so that no more deductions will be done. The bank still wants me to cal the company. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this company. I would like others to learn from our mistakes. I do not want anyone else to go through this. The $89.31 is causing me financial hardship.

have no clue who these people are and they also charged my credit card never recieved anything in the mail from them they charged me 3.39 and now 89 dollars canceled credit card and hopefully my credit card will reverse the credit to me .

I ordered the free trial for $3.95 also. I never received the product until close to the fourteenth day. I had been calling the number for a week to cancel my order because it never came and it was getting close to the deadline for cancellation. Do you know that those idiots charged my account $89.oo and some change four days before the 14th day. I finally got them on the phone to tell them they messed up my account and they said that the package was on the way and if i return it i will get my money back. I am pissed.

I received a trial size bottle of the colon cure today in the mail. I never ordered it. I called the company and some one else had used my name, address, and credit card number with a fake email address and phone number. Is there any where we can report this to authorities?

I supposedly ordered product from this company and haven't received anything but they put these charges on my account and it is very upsetting. My fiancee called the number and they made a total [***] out of me and now he thinks that I did put an order through. This has caused a fight between him and I. Whoever these people are they should be shut down. I was also told by them that they always win when attorneys are involved because there is a check box that protects them. These people suck and has caused me nothing but stress and heartache. Also according to them they have tracking numbers that they have from our wonderful postal system that have confirmation of delivery (so lets believe that the postal system is never wrong even though they conveniently lose monies coming to us through taxes and such). If that is the case someone in my old house took the product. This is a stress heart attack waiting to happen and it will cause fights in your family. My fiancee thinks since that they have 5 pieces of information that they are correct in saying that I ordered product. The only thing I order of the internet is my skin care products through HSN because that is the only way for me to do it.

Somebody called me saying that I was a preferred member from something that I purchased. which made a little sense to me because I had been purchasing some things online all summer so it seemed likely to me that I could have been a preferred member to a company. Anyway, because of my "preferred" status they said that they would send me a $40 gas card for signing up for some membership to save money on other stuff. It would just cost me a dollar and I could cancel at any time. Then they tried to offer me something else, but I wasnt interested so I denied that one. Well the next morning i checked my account and I saw a charge of 89.31 on hold with my bank. So i googled 5977-IP Simplyfitpro and was brought to this site. I immediately contacted my bank (Wachovia) and they deleted the charge. They said that because it was still on hold I might get my money back but i might not get it back. So then at that point I would have to file a dispute so they would have to investigagte it. But yea, that's the last time I authorize any kind of payment over the phone.

I have called this number 1-801-208-7485 a number of times, seven times to be exact, and each time I never got an answer, I was put on hold and I was 125th in place for the next call. Even at 8 o'clock in the morning when they open. This whole thing is a total rip-off. I have never received anything from this company, whoever they are, and my bank account was charged $89.31 on top of everything else. My bank investicated and put the $89.31 on "provisional deposit." I received a letter today from my bank that they are going to reverse the $89.31 and charge me. How can they when I never ordered anything or received anything? I am reporting this scam but I don't who the company is. HELP PLEASE with a name for this company!!!

I have had the same problem. I ordered the free sample and forgot about it. I was charged the 3.95 and thought I would receive it any day. I never received it and of course today, I get hit with a 89.31 charge on my debit card! I am calling tomorrow. I have never gotten ANYTHING fromt his company. I will NOT do this again. Also, I will use my credit card in the future. What a rip off!

I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD CO. THEY SAY TO FILE A DISPTE ON THEIR- THE CREDIT CARD CO. WEBSITE-(I.E ORCHARD BANK, HSBC, MASTER CARD, WHAT EVER CARD YOU USED TO PURCHASE THIS GARBAGE.) HOPE THIS HELPS US GET OUR MONEY BACK.
