I placed an order to 8012088722 for an exercise machine and got charged 89.31 but haven't received anything.I called this number at different times during the day and night and get a recording that says their hours are Mon. thru Sat. from 8-5:30 mountain time.I have called dirung mountain time and still get that recording.Can anyone tell us how to get our money back?

Yes this is the number showing up on my bank statement and a charge of 89.31 for an exercise machine seen on TV.What action have you taken Lois?

OMG! I just cked my bank statement! I received the worthless Acai berry pills (15)for $3.95 on 9/08/08 then on 9/22/08 exactly w 2wks later I was charged $89.31. The pills did nothing by the way. I've not received anything else from this company. I can't believe I fell for this. I'm a nurse. But when I saw Oprah's name I just assumed!:( I'm going to my bank tomorrow. I also tried 801-208-7485 but they were closed. So I'll try them back tomorrow. Has anyone out there tried Oprah? I think I will.

This same thing happened to me. Call 1-877-350-8480 and tell them that you want yourmoney credited back to your account (or whichever company you bought the sample from). I just did and they said they will send me an email that I will have to follow the links on to deactivate this account ... we'll see!

Call the Better Business Bureau in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and report. Same happened to me but my cc was cancelled because it was compromised and they don't have the new one. Let your Credit Card company know what is going on and they can take care of it for you.

can i ask, once you cancel your credit card and you get replacement card on same account, you wont be charged anymore?cos i didnt order anything and got charged, dont know what to do!!!please help!!!

Same happened to me ordered free trial acai berry extreme and ordered an extra bottle of power tea for 34.95, I got my free trial acai berry pills but no power tea and got charged by ip-simplyfitpro 89.31. How do you get credit for this?? what steps did you take?

I've tried for two weeks to call and cancel my order because nothing in the mail has been received. I keep getting disconnected, I've contacted the credit card company. Supposably I have a customer ID number what good is it if you can't speak with a person. This is a real scam. After I ordered I got some kind of magazine order call back and I was supposbaly awarded a gas card or gas tickets but nothing has come in the mail.

Just got called by our Capital One credit card this a.m.about fraudulent charges for diet pills, etc which we never ordered or received. Had to cancel the card - a business card. Then the mail came with a mysterious bottle of Green Tea for trial. Hmmm... Same thing - no return name, just a Utah number and a Florida address! Don't know where they got our cc #, name and address from. We all still have our cards in hand. Now have to call our vendors to give them a new card # when we get it - in 5-7 days!
