That won't help. 801-257-6155 is a SWITCHBOARD. The rep does NOT have ANY info about you--that's why you have to give her your phone number. The Rep DOES NOT MAKE ANY OUTBOUND CALLS. The rep has no control over what info will pop up on her computer when she is trying to research who called you. Annoying the rep will not "teach her a lesson"--she is NOT the one who called you. She does NOT have to put up with swearing, yelling, screaming, threats, etc. Accept her help or not, but don't be an a**.

hi, I got a call from 8012576155 id: TELEPERFORMANCE and they have been calling everyday. I never answer the phone and they never leave a message. I'm listed on the do not call list and it doesn't seem to be working.

I just called the number back (as suggested by a previous poster) and asked them to please take my number off the list. They asked for my phone number so they could find it and she said it was for Bank of Am. and that she would take it off the list. It would take approx. 48 hrs. So don't put up with the calls. Call them back to have your number taken off. We've gotten about 5 calls per day for the past 2 weeks. Sheesh!

Me again. Rep expects people to be annoyed, frustrated, and angry, and does not expect to be treated with kid gloves. Rep just wants you all to understand the she DOES NOT make ANY outbound calls, and HAS NEVER called you! Rep has NO INFORMATION about you--801-257-6155 is a SWITCHBOARD. If you want to know which company is calling you or have your # placed on the DNC, you MUST tell the rep your phone #. Rep does NOT sell your # or call you back. Rep needs her job too badly.

I was getting calls from this number twice a day for a few days. I finally decided to pick it up and chew out whoever it was. It was my internet service provider checking up on a recent tech support issue.Maybe this number is a central calling location for more than one business?

It can take up to 30 days. It takes the Federal DNC 30 days--Teleperformance, USA cannot do it faster--sorry.

I got a call from this number a couple of times and finally decided to answer at 8:30 pm. Caller ID listed caller as "Teleperformance" the woman was from bank of America offering a credit card I think. I wasn't going to listen. I waited for her to take a breath then told her I have never had Bank of America Card and I'm on the Do Not Call List. She asked me some questions then totally freaked out because she was calling me and the information is for someone with similar information. She told me she was from Bank of America and I told her the number came up as Salt Lake City and Teleperformance. She had no idea what I was talking about. I honestly don't know if she was sincere or just fishing for info but she sounded totally sincere. She told me if I get anymore calls, continue to tell them they have the wrong person so I can get off their list. Very weird and annoying but she was so nice that I can forgive it...this time. I didn't give out any personal information. Hopefully I really will be removed from their list.
