When I called Bank of America they did not know anything about this. They do share information about you, but you can call BofA and they can set your account to not share information.
This number has been calling my cell phone for two weeks. I finally decided to answer, and a woman with a thick accent said she is calling from Bank of America offering a credit card protection or something to this effect. Why don't you properly identify yourself? I asked her not to call again.
They have been calling me day and night. The called ID comes up as "unknown name". I tried to call this morning but I'm in the wrong time zone and it was an answering machine. These people are VERY annoying.
Just got a call from this number myself. Glad someone is reporting this number, now I won't answer this number. Stupid Bank of America!
