They've called a few times but we were never home. When I answered I asked to speak to a supervisor and immediately was told that they just wanted to do a survey etc... would NOT STOP TALKING and that the do not call registry did not apply to them.I gave them an earful of profanity and promised that being a satanist I would make sure they recieved 5 star treatment after they were hit by a bus and went to hell.They just DO NOT GET IT.I will make a report to the FCC, continue to add the number to do not call and will eventually write a congress person. These people are idiots

i work for western wats... so first off... its a job just like everything else give us a [***] break... and second of all we are not telemarketers so we dont follow the do not call list... so before u go jumpin our [***] about [***] u need to get all ur facts straight... we dont like putting up with your attitude nemore than u like us calling you... get over it

I keep getting calls from 801-623-4631, somewhere in Utah. The call is going to an office number and is made around 8:30 pm when the office is closed. The caller never leaves a voicemail.

The best thing you can do is be polite to the agent. Ask nicely to be taken off of the call list or to place you on the Do Not Call list. Or you can tell them that whoever they ask for is deceased. I always would take them off the list if they told me that.If you are rude, expect to recieve a call back very shortly. :)

So, if I'm rude, I get multiple opportunities to be rude? Yay!

I'm recieving 1-3 calls a day from this number. No one replies when I answer. It's disturbing my peace, my privacy, and my time!

My husband and I own a market research company and I am horrified that employees of Western Wats put people back on the call list if the people are rude. What a waste of resources and what a way to ruin it for all market research companies who are just trying to do a good job.
