I got a phone call from this company asking me if I wanted to reduce the interest rate on my bank's credit card. They did not, however, specify which bank. I pressed 1 to see what it was about, and a man called Matthew asked me if I wanted to reduce the interest rate on my card. I asked him what bank my credit card was with, and he hung up.
I've gotten several calls from this number on my cell phone, issued by my employer (it's not even my phone). I've registered the cell phone number with the do-not-call registry; we'll see what happens. It's real annoying.

Also got a call. It happens all the time and it an automated message about lowering interest rates. It is a waste of my minutes.
Put them on hold while go get your credit card and then wait an hour or two before you use your phone again....
Whatever Company this is making these calls for very persistent in calling several times a week. Can we at least find out who they are and stop them?

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
