called, asked for me by name. I asked who was calling and he responded Veterans group. Call was identical to one from a different number two days back claiming to be police benefit. No caller id, just "Unknown". I consider it a phishing call for info.

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
