Thank You! Finally someone with intelligence; trying to explain things to those who are in the dark. Most of these postings are just dribble, and of no significance to those of us who are trying to find out real experiences where the caller's identity is known. Our identities are plastered across the web, but we can't even get an ID; as to whom these robo callers are. Something is wrong with society. We have no right to privacy anymore. I was so frustrated with these morons that I bought a Call Blocker. I love it when they try to call now. One ring and they are kicked off. Halleluiah!

Robo call about a backbrace "I requested information about." LIES! Press 2 if you don't want the "information you requested" and was sent to an operator that immediately started asking for personal information to sell me stuff. I mentioned that I did not request such information...ever! She proceeded to curse at me for wasting her time and, seriously, she used every curse word I knew and maybe a few I didn't...then hung up on me. I tried to call back but it says the number is disconnected.

Called mid-morning, a Hindi-accented young man knew my name and was selling back-braces to people on Medicaid. When I said I didn't have Medicaid he laughed and when he tried to get my birthdate from me I told him I didn't give that information to solicitors. He laughed again and mocked me for my girly ways before I hung up.You know, when you can't even get the phone company to take this sort of abuse seriously, something's very wrong with the way we allow our public companies to operate. I should be able to dial 'Operator' and get this number investigated. I can't -- not without paying. Since when did life imitate Harry Canyon?

Did not answer. No message left. Same number has called before. Always tell them to take you off their internal calling list.

They called today and I did not answer. So many scammers out there it seems I rarely get regular phone calls, so I will consider disconnecting.

We keep getting these calls from Richmond VA all hours of the day and night. I live in PA!! they don't leave a message but I did answer one time and a recording came on saying it was information I requested concerning a commercial on TV!! Who are these idiots?? Why would we request any information for any kind of commercial???

Got the call. Didn't answer. No message. Caller ID shows Virginia Call.

I answer and then block to make sure it isn't a legit call. BUTTTT this call was a robocall that talked...It said this a a call from your electric co. We will be disconnecting your power for a about 3 hours..... space of no talking... Yeah ..... space no talking...... just got word that it will be more like 4 to 6 hours.......space no talking and then I hung up.... I have recieved another call from what sounded like an old lady trying to send money to a grandchild in trouble. It leaves spaces where u would answer and sounds like a real conversation but if you quit talking u can tell it isn't a real person because they still talk and then spaces where you might answer.... Getting more clever all the time..

Got a call yesterday at 9:12 AM, since I am not a morning person, I was not in the mood, so I answered it. I said WHAT!, very loudly, took him off guard. I said do you know what time it is?, he stumbled and asked if I was on Medicare, I repeated my question, do you know what time it is?, he said 12:15, I said AM or PM?, he said AM, I laughed and said what country are you in, he fumbled again trying to come up with where he was supposed to be, finally said Virginia. I said and it's 12:15 there?, are you in India, or Iran or someplace like that, that's what you sound like. He again asked about Medicare, I told him if he wanted to get on Medicare he would have to contact Social Security. That's when he hung up on me. Every once in a while, ya just gotta throw it back at these idiots. Then block them!

Bracket brace idiot from Richmond, VA. Hah, more like a SCAM! I agree with above, we should have option to post Caller Type as SCAMMER!
