It was HECO's customer service department calling to find out why my electric bill had gone down so far. Apparently my account was audited.
HECO audits a customers bill? With all the mistakes in over billings, caused by estimated meter readings. I wonder how a HECO Audit has any merit orcredibility? May I ask who called you from HECO's Customer Service Department?
