There were two calls from this number at around 4 AM this morning, waking us up. We did not answer but tried calling back. "The number you have reached is not in service." Do not appreciate non-emergency calls in the middle of the night!

Just received a call from this number. I did not answer but checked here first. They left a message...from C&C Real Property Tax office reminding me to apply for the new tax credit. Thank you!

Just got 2 back to back calls from 808-768-0000. Didn't answer it. No messages left. Called back and found number not in service. Really irritating these idiots.

I got the call from that number. It was my bro calling me from the Police Station, telling me about him being arrested & how much his bail is. Yes, when you do call that number back, its not in service. It's for the the people who's in jail to make their only call out.

I too received a few calls from this number that I didn't answer. Then the last time they called they left a call back number that was sent as a text to my phone. I called the number back... and yes it was the state of Hawaii in regards to a building permit I was working on. 768-0000 is a trunk line for out going calls only, you need to know the correct last 4 numbers of the department to call back.

i want to know how to call them back coz i know there calling me about my boyfriend which was in bad health condition,,,its almost a month now that he didnt call me,,and that number calll me a week ago.....
