I too filled out a form online interested in a Villanova program and the calls from 813-627-8640 have been unrelenting. In my case, when I answer there is no one there.I called Villanova Admissions office and got a hold of the director. Told him the story and he informed me of a contracted company working for Villanova out of Florida that is most likley behind the problem. He apologized repeatedly for the harassment and promised he would look into the issue and personally have my phone number removed. He also said he would call back today with a follow up. He sounded sincere.
I made the mistake of giving my phone number when inquiring about an online class. Have been receiving calls regularly since.
They have called me with in the last two days a total of 10 times.... UGH I wish they would stop....

I was recently assigned a new phone number at work because of a new area code requirement. I have never provided this number to anyone outside my work. EVER. I don't even remember my own direct dial number so how can I give it to anyone else? Because its a new area code, it is not likely to have ever been used before. So why am I getting 3-4 calls a day at work from these clowns?

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.
