Received a call from 813-627-8640. Did not answer as I usually don't answer unknown (esp. out-of-area) calls. I appreciate this post being here, though because now I know to definitely leave it alone!

Getting calls under University Alliance and Unknown due to looking into online courses. I agreed to speak to Florida Tech University but this is horrible online representation that must get sold to everyone which is very misleading. Where do I complain as they won't stop calling and coming in under different colleges and universities. THAT I did not agree to.

Repeated calls from this number with no one on the other end. Very annoying.

Also made the same mistake inquiring about an online course. The caller identified himself as a rep from the University Alliance.

I got a call today from this number and then searched it online and found this site. I also received an email from info@unversityalliance.com. I emailed them back asking they remove my phone number, email address, and mailing address, and I actually got a reply back from a 'Team Lead' of customer service. He replied that it should take 10 business days to completely remove my information from the system, but at least that's a start.Email: info@unversityalliance.com if you're still receiving phone calls, and request that all your information be removed. Annoying. Only wanted preliminary information on course at Villanova U. Asked them not to call, but they did and still do. Will definitely not sign up for the program I was interested with them! Have found a better course with better instructors at a better price elsewhere.

Made the big mistake about inquiring about the Six Sigma program at Villanova....since yesterday, have ad three phone calls from this number. I spoke to the gentleman and told him not to call here and to remove me from the call list. I have also emailed Villanova. We will see if this works but I doubt it.

Same here. The calls started after I inquired about classes at Univ. of San Francisco. Not the classy way to go about handling things. I get the repeated calls with hang-ups.
