I have received 10 calls from "Home Security Company" which is a scam. There was a pause bedore the Indian lady spoke and then she told me she was calling from "Home Security Company". I told her never to call me again. The number was 813-793-6945
They called me twice today. In between times I called, but it was busy. The second time they called I answered "hello" and some woman who must have English as her fourth or fifth language said I was eligible for a free home security system. I told her it was a "little late for that" and explained that the person who lives here was "murdered a few hours ago." I then identified myself as "Detective Grannon" from the Bloomington Police Department and told her I would need her full name and address to aid my investigation. She quickly hung up.
I also received a missed call from this number on my work cell phone about an hour ago. I called back thinking it was work related and it sounded like a bunch of screaming monkeys keep on playing over & over again. Strange & very creepy!
This number (813)793-6945 keeps calling no answer. I texted asking who it was no reply. Have not put my phone number anywhere but scholarship applications. Not sure where they got my number but would love for them to stop calling. This is also my cell phone that was called.
