Called me last night and left a voicemail of a girl screeming and dog barking over and over. Hated it!

Keep getting calls from this number. There has to be some way to stop this. Does being on the do not call list help with these problems?
Somebody called me and told me that I'm qualified for a home security discount. The individual proceeded to say that my phone number was given to them to let me know that I am qualified to enjoy these benefits. Then the individual proceeded to ask if I was the primary owner of my home. I replied, "I don't own a home." *CLICK*. So much for that attempt at cold-calling. They don't even know my name.
This number 813-793-6945 keeps calling. I told them not to call and take me off their list numerous times. They continue to call. They will not tell me who they are, or what they are calling about unless I divulge out my private information! They are extremely rude too!
This number calls every morning at same time while I'm at work and never leave a message. I do not answer my personal cell while I'm at work. When I call back it's busy. Got to be a scam or telemarketer.
