Missed a call from this number. Recognized area code as Florida, have relatives there. Called the number back, no answer, no answering system of any time. It was 3:30 in the after noon Florida time when I tried to call.

called asked for my husband by the name he goes by wouldnt leave a message told me to have a nice day

Was going back through CID list at my busines. Found this one dated 12/21 at about noon.Have no idea what they wanted. CID showed L&D Marketing.

Investment "survey". Said thanks, but no thanks. This does not appear to be a non-profit, my home number is on DNC list. I wpuld like to receive the $100.00 they owe me for violations.

Some VERY RUDE man called my home today Jan. 9,2008. He would not give his name. He asked for my husband by name, I told him that he was at work and can I help him. He replied NO THIS CALL IS FOR BARRY ONLY.the call came from 10183-899-1569. I ask told him we are on the do not call list, but he had no reply. Itried to call the number back but nothing happened.

No one in all these pages of complaints seems to have been able to find out what these people actually want.They have been calling me for weeks and weeks and I finally answered.I outright asked what it was they were calling for - here is my summary.First she told me they were L & J Company. An investment service the FINDS people interested in receiving information for various "quality investment" opportunities. Said she had a brief survey and would I be willing to participate. I told her no but that she could go over the various categories and I would let her know if I had any interest in receiving further information.She agreed and commenced reading the list of potential investment schemes that might generate a positive response from me which would allow her to send me further information on the category I selected. Here is the list she read:Oil and Gas Mutual FundsPrecious MetalsGreen EnergyDiamondsIPO for smart phones (tech)Solar EnergyOil and Gold investmentsMedical Smart Card technologiesAnd one other I forgotWith each category read, she would expand it and throw in factoids like "Green energy is the fastest growing investment potential for the next 20-years" or "Smart phone technology is an industry exploding with new concepts or ideas..."I told her none of these investments sounded right for me! Asked to be removed from the list and further queried why it was necessary to call my house at least 25 times in the past two weeks. She gave the standard apology for the calls, quickly thanked me for my time and hung-up without addressing any other of my questions.Maybe now they will stop bothering me but I won't count on it.

got a call this morning asking for my husband and when I said he is not available he hung up. We are on the do not call list and these calls are still coming.

Got a call from L & J Bay Area phone # on Caller ID showed 813-899-1569. They were asking for an employee and just wanted to know if they were here and hung up when I told them I would get them for them.
