L&J Holdings called again for someone who retired over 6 years ago.

Asked for my partner by name and when I said they were busy, they hung up on me...second time in a week

The do not call registry is run by the worst scammers of all - the government. Don't bother whining to them and begging them to fix things for you. The best you can ever hope for from them are half-assed solutions. They don't really care, or want to help you. They just want you to believe they do. Check (and contribute info to) sites like this, and block the calls via technological means. Many phones will do this for you now.

Hey Sara,Guess you still have yet another bad employee working there. Yup, you guessed it....Just got a call from the same number and id on the phone. (L & J Bay Area ) 813-899-1569Again, the guy asked for the owner, by full name, that died last year. When I said he's not longer here, can I help you...He said no, that's ok and hung up while I tried, to again ask to be put on a do not call list or removed.(I've asked before and I still get the calls anyway)Whatever calling system you use, ( I assume it's computer driven, based on the time it takes for someone to actually respond, from the time I pick up and say hello 3-4 times) must not work to well.Since it apparently does not remove the numbers or update the contact information on your system. I don't even know why you are calling here ? I've never gotten that far.

Victoria,What else would you be willing to do for $12/hr? Just because a company is willing to pay you does not mean that company is legit. Your company is calling both businesses AND residences, and the DNC DOES apply to residences. Your company is cutting corners because they are too cheap,greedy and lazy to to properly filter their call list against the DNC list and are instead calling all numbers sequentially/randomly. They are not employers, they are pimps so, what does that make you sweet cheeks? Get a real job. Pizza delivery would be a more noble profession. Look at how many people have noted their annoyance at your company in just this one list. Catch a clue.

Called for me then caller said she was with L&J Holdings and asked me if I was an active investor and when I asked her how she got my number, said: "We get most of our numbers from Dun & Bradstreet"Would not pickup a return call from me (with *67).I'm a PI and have put this call through several databases. This is a scam number using any means to get your personal information to use for fraud and to resell your info. Beware.
