called me at work asking if i was interested in buying a house in the California area. Asked for my CC information (which i did not give out). I ended up hanging on the person who was very rude.

More worthless calls from stupid scumbags. We don't answer unsolicited calls or any other unknown type of calls. Why don't these people stop annoying people - most people are not interested in cold calls from unknown people. The B.S. that they are supposedly conducting surveys etc., in order to duck the telemarketing DNC list is borderline. The laws need to be changed making this illegal unless a consumer calls them (the other party or business) in order to conduct business or inquire about goods, services, or to participate in some stupid survey.We refuse to answer these type of calls.

At what point is it harassment? Utterly ridiculous. This operation needs to be shutdown. And I'm not libtarded enough to register for the DNC. That's no excuse. Going to contact an attorney in FL. There should be a class action lawsuit against the L and J Bay SCUMBAGS!

We have requested repeatedly to be put on their do not call list. Next time will be interesting when I answer and feed them a long story of BS to keep them online and from harassing others. Maybe then they'll stop calling. More people need to do this if you can. Keep them online and run up their phone bill. lol

I looked this number up using Spokeo. The caller is named Joseph E. Noel, and he's calling from a landline in Tampa, FL. I have his address too.

They called our office phione when I answered they hung up so I call back this is the 2nd or 3rd tiome I have ask to be removed from their list. It is a marketing firm

These people call me about every week or 2 and never leave a message. Tired of them interfering with peace in my home. Jackie

Yep; just got a call like this (5/28/2013 3:05 CST) - couldn't write down the extension fast enough but it had the same area code and prefix. They disconnected when I answered. Irritating (to put it politely).
