Legitimate Call from Citi Bank regarding my Sears account. I was late, and they did want my money. I paid my bill online though, just to be safe.

I have been receiving calls from this number for over a month now, multiple times a day. When I answer, no one usually responds. If someone responds, they say something about Citi cards, want me to make a payment over the phone (which I do not owe), or I get disconnected after I refuse to give them bank information. The constant calls are harassing! My citi card is paid off and has no outstanding balance. Smells like a scam to me.

I just got two calls today. My payment is due today. I’m not late. Made payment about 6 hours ago on their website

Wont give any information, they wanted my first 5 of my SS#. I told them to write me a letter for info.

Relentless and brutal spammers, certainly, call every 2 hours or so, different caller each time

I received 2 calls from this # which I missed. I have the app HIYA on my cell and it said it was Citi Bank Debt Collector but may be a fraudulent call. I called the number from a land line and the greeting said Welcome to Citibank, please enter your account number. The sound of the recording sounded like the Citibank greeting, but a little bit fuzzy-sounding, and I hung up. I called the # on the back of my credit card for Customer Service and they did say my account was past due (funny, I didn't get a bill and don't use it often). So, apparently the # that called 816 420 4632 is legitimate.

They keep calling...do not answer these calls. Scam!

The third time I got a call from this # today...I do not answer but am very annoyed. I've googled it and received no additional info other that what has been reported.

I finely answered , it was a fishing call. They said a credit was 12 days past due, and they could take care of it. They wanted a credit card # or bank #. Our payment was not over due. Be careful.
