Here you go people. The number belongs to a company called Brooks Fiber Properties. The main branch is in Missouri. They have a extended branch in Fortworth, Tx. If you type up this company it says they are a phone telecommunications company. They give you the address to the chairman Mr. R.A Brooks. The address is 425 woods mill road south, Town & country, Missouri 63017. So this number which we are all being harassed by is from the texas branch and not the main branch. There is no email so send this guy a note saying that he needs to check out some phone stalker and to stop wasting all of our time or we could file a law suit for harassing calls. Just keep typing things on google and it tells you pretty much information about numbers and the addresses. Do not answer calls because they will only try to bill you for a bunch of calls that you did not ask for. They probably got all our numbers from the phone company we belong to. There are sellers out there who sell the list of numbers that the phone company has or hackers. Are they trying to solicit themselves by saying they did do a job of contacting people? Well if we don't answer then sooner or later this person has no job. Hope this helps to end the mystery of this unwelcomed caller. I could not find the texas address but I am sure if we all send letters to this main branch then someone will contact the texas branch. If not I suggest you contact your local police and let them have the number, and the phone company and a lawyer. Find out your rights as, you have a say and do not have to be a victim.

I have received several calls from this number. No message. According to reverse search, it is a land line in Ft. Worth, TX. Since it is listed as a land line, I don't have much faith that it will matter, but I sent a text telling them that I won't answer until they identify themselves, just in case there is a way to reach them.

This is a research company who was given your number by an insurance company to ask survey questions. We enrolled in a Medicare supplemental and I suspect that is what these calls are about. You can't use do not call list as there is a loophole with surveys and if you have enrolled in a new insurance company you are "doing" business with that company and you can be called. I will not answer any health care questions about myself to ANYONE except my doctor or health provider.Otherwise it is an invasion of privacy. You do not need to respond to a survey. And your health issues are your business. I sent an email to jordon.davidson@dssresearch.com And said STOP calling please. No need to be rude. Just tell them to cease and desist.

I work nights and they called at 8:23 AM this morning. I did recently enroll in a new health plan.

All day and night now. It's 8pm in Hawaii, so it's midnight in Texas. It's 817-302-0300, or 0293. So annoying! I do have Kaiser, and between these calls and the DSS Research survey's they're always sending, I'm going to need treatment. Kaiser will be my next call. This is rediculous.

I called the number back and it is a market research company. The message that answered my call gave me the choice to press 1, and leave my info to be removed from their call list. I also told them I am on the do not call list and if they tried to contact me again, I would notify the proper channels.

I receive calls from this number several times a week. I do not answer as I do not answer calls from unknown callers. I have tried doing the DoNotCall thing and still got calls. If they don't leave a message it can't be that important.
