Hey these guys have to pay for 800 calls. Why not call them numerous times until they no longer have funds for calling others?
I thought any company was not allowed call cell fones to market. Or have we been sidetracked to the point we forgot this? Its annoying at best. Sometimes we DO get valid 800 number calls, which are warranted and solicited, so HOW DO we stop them?TIE up ATT complaining about them, which is whom actually gave them the 800 number in the first place.IDK, but it seems logical, especially since i never have bought a NEW car.
I just received a call as well and wasn't able to answer it in time, thankfully. They should not be able to waste anyone's time!!
I just got a call from this number (Dec. 31, 2008) but didn't answer. I get calls often about car warranties. I think they have a computer dialing random numbers around the clock. I'm sure it's a ripoff and they have nothing to do with warranties. Keep calling their 800 number and maybe it will overload.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
