When you get a call from Brian Chappell offering free security systems, do this1. Be enthusiastic about the system2. Make an appointment for them to come to your house ( give them the address of your local police department not your own home)3. Get a confirmation number if you can4.Call Sonny @ 401.323.1009 & report it, giving him the time of the call as well as the appointment you set up. Sonny is one of the directors of Alliance Secuity systems and feels it may be a franchise owner using restricted marketing techniques.If you can get a company name other than alliance, call that companies corporate headquarters. They will do something about it especially if you are on the Do Not Call list
Just received a call from Brian Chappell, 827-592-3435. He hung up and left no message. I do not answer the phone anymore unless I know the person calling. There are a ton of scammers and con artists trolling around cyberspace and who needs the aggravation!!!From Arizona June 3, 2015

Received a call from 1-817-592-3435. I gave them the quick pickup and immediate hang up. The caller ID was 'Brian Chappell'. Checked 800 Notes and I have blocked the number.
This ID rings my phone and then hangs up with no voice or recording. I am on the do not call list as well.
Thank you Posters and 800notes. If I answered the phone every time in rang in as "unknown", I would become more of a raving lunatic than i am now. So disruptive in your day. Ready to use tin cans and a string again... First stop after a call that I don't recognize is 800notes. As one Poster said, "verify and ignore". Makes one a little calmer at least.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
