I received a call from this number (on my cellphone, thank you) today (4pm) ... and just now noticed that the same number had called yesterday ... twice (2pm. 6pm)They have been added to the constantly growing SPAM listing in my phone's directory. (Heh ... any repeat calls come up immediately as ***SPAM***! LOL)
DDS Research . . . continues to call my number, hangs up after four rings. . . random hours . .late/ early.Have not signed up for anything new. Six weeks ago I put my number back on the Do Not Call list. Seemed to work . . briefly.
The caller is DSS Research, Decision Support Systems, an independent market research company that conducts health surveys nationwide. Their surveys are to help healthcare providers provide better services and products to their consumers/members. They are only interested in your opinion and don't sale anything or ask you any personal identification information. They are not allowed to leave voicemails on answering machines due to rules of confidentiality with the surveys.
Got a call from this number a bit ago. I did not recognize it and did not answer it. Although looking back at my recent calls it shows the number called again last week. If they call once more I'll put a block on their number. They also left no voice mail.I do have Medicare/Medicaid but I don't participate in 'surveys'. So to me this is harassment.
A$$holes woke me up on a Sat morning after an exhausting week. For the THIRD time I had to tell them no one by the name of Lucille B.... has been associated with this phone number for at least 20 years. Calling repeatedly for her isn't going to help. Reported to DONOTCALL as usual.I assume this is one of those debt collections agency that has gotten my number somehow, every couple of years they call me for a few weeks in a row for people I don't know (maybe someone gives out fake numbers?) until I can't get cease & desist letter to their attorneys.
Thanks for correcting me, I meant they don't "sell" anything. They only do surveys. Since the surveys are for health studies, they have confidentiality rules about not leaving voicemails. This is to prevent someone that isn't the named respondent on the survey from finding out health info of the person meant to do the survey.
