They call constantly and when I answer, there is a long wait before someone says "we are conducting a survey on behalf of your electric company." I live in MA, and their caller ID just says "California."I told the woman twice to remove my number from their list. Today, the woman I spoke to was rude and abusive, telling me that I didn't even know what she wanted and that SHE never called before. She told me that she would have to call my electric company and say I refused to partcipate and then in a horribly nasty, sarcastic and threatening tone said "good luck!"

They called me a number of times. I have a Digitone call blocker plus a Uniden cordless, both of which block calls. I have all 81X area code calls blocked with my Digitone machine. I live in a high-end retirement communityand get bombarded with marketing and scam calls. I have 20 area codes and 40+ individual numbers blocked. I unblock individual numbers I want to receive from blocked area codes. I love my system which I've had a number of years. I also can see any number that calls (blocked or not) and cross check it on the web if I desire. I'm now 99.999% sure that I only receive unblocked calls that I want and the rest are blocked. The reason I can say this is because I've kept a current detailed list of all this for those years. I now only have to update when I get a new number of a marketing or scam call.

ISA Research. Asked if I could help by completing a survey about what stores I shopped. I agreed to the survey. First question was what was my zip code. Second question was What was my age range and the woman started to go through a list of age ranges and asked me to let her know when I heard mine. Then she read something off on her computer stating that the quota was already met for my age group and zip code. She was very nice and apologetic for this and the call ended. No personal information was asked except for what was mentioned above. Zip code and age range.

Phone rang 6:23 PM on a Saturday night. I said Hello a few times and got no response, so I hung up. We are on the National Do-Not-Call list.

This number has called over ten times this week, including late night calls. Today I answered and got an Asian speaking person who I had a hard time understanding. To the best of my knowledge, she said she was doing a survey for the State of Oregon. After she asked me three personal questions I hung up as she could not understand my answers: 1) What language do you want to take this survey in? English. What? 2) Is the county you live in Onion? No. Can you repeat that? 3) What is the zip code? I gave her the information and she incorrectly repeated the number. We will ignore the call now. :0)Caller: 818-756-7488

Do not want this number on my phone

I just blocked this phone number. 818-756-4788. The person calling said they were doing a survey on social security. I am a senior citizen. I did not give them information. Because I know these people who call are wolves in sheeps clothing. I am sure they will just use another number to call the next time. They already called me twice in one month.
