Just received a phone call. I still believe this is among the cruise company's ways of filling their ships with last-minute bookings at the cost of just "tax and a service charge". I have started receiving these calls after I contacted Carnival Cruise Lines a few months ago to try to get information about a cruise.. That's just my opinion, though.. Good luck getting rid of these people!

Don't do that. They are criminals and liars. They won't remove your number. They had no right to dial it in the first place. It was probably dialed randomly.
Got a call from this number at 1:30am this morning! My heart is still pounding - I'm of the generation that no good comes from a phone call after 9pm.....this can't be legal to call that late/early.
