my cell number is also on the do not call registry and they continue to call over and over again.
I called the number back and it said the survey time had expired to press #1 to have my number removed from future surveys.
Got call from this number today on my cell, didn't answer, left no message. But based on what others have said who actually spoke to the person who called, THIS IS A SCAM! Anyone offering a "free" anything which requires you to pay anything up front or provide your Credit Card number is NOT legit! For those who are saying the Do Not Call List doesn't work - Scammers are criminals; do you expect them to care about breaking the law by calling numbers on the Do Not Call List when they are planning to steal your Credit Card info in the first place?
This scam company gets around the "No Robo Calls" law by claiming they are making a political call. Politicians left this loop-hole for themselves when they passed the worthless law.
you can call the number and it will give you an opportunity to be put on the do not call list - may not work but it is worth a try.
And they will just call you from a different phone number. They are all a piece of s**t. Don't know the number, don't answer your phone. You can also call your phone service provider and have the number blocked. In fact, you can have a whole list of numbers blocked. This is just another one I will be adding to my list of blocked numbers. Peace
I got a call from this number. I picked up and asked "hello?" and waited a few seconds (fully intending to hang up if it was a spam call), but nobody responded.
Guys, try what I've been doing; pick up the phone and tell them you do not do ANY form of business over the phone and ask them to remove your phone number from their calling list. They WILL stop calling. I used to get angry every time I received a call and the DO Not Call List seems to be worthless. And if you ignore them they will keep calling!

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
