Received call on cell. Didn't answer. On no call list. Seem to get alot of these type of calls from a variety of numbers. How do they get cell numbers. I never use it when listing a contact number. Always use my land line.
They called but I didn't answer. I'm not on a do not call list but I give my number to Noone who doesn't need it so I'm not sure where they got it from.
My latest complaint (Today, after these scumbags tried scamming me) I filed this update to the above, however:-- Caller ID displayed: "S CAROLINA CALL 1-843-619-7688"This Number 843-619-7688 and also 202-599-8502 and 202-599-8470 have called my home phone with a scam about "free cruise" if you answer a survey about the "debt crisis". They offer a 2 day 2 night cruise after giving them your card number. Believe to be a recording from "Political Opinions of America". Just a "free cruise" scam masquerading as a political survey. Trying to exploit the political exemption to the Do Not Call list. Could be google voice extension too! This is a scam survey meant to obtain others personal information!!! --
They call the house # and then call the call #,s sick and fricken tired of getting more calls like this than regular calls
If they leave no message, they must not be worth a return call. Plus, it does cost us minutes!

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
