I don't have sprint service so I believe this is a scam. Also continually leaving a message to return a phone is ridiculous as I've received this same message 3 TIMES NOW.
It's not a scam. If you have Sprint and upgraded your phone they will call you. If you don't have Sprint, then contact them because there's a mistake with your number
BS on being real sprint. Got the same exact message from "Stephen" GOING BACK TWO WEEKS that doesn't sound like a recorded message.

Received a call from "Steven from Sprint" stating that I need to return phone from Sprint or I will be charged. I do not now, nor have I ever had anything belonging to Sprint. Absolute Scam! Caller now blocked.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
