got a call this morning from 844-390-5103 on my cell phone asking for my mom they were from mckay richardson and associtates ....i told ok can i help you they you her husband ...said her son said unforutantly cant talk to you i said unfortuantly this anit her number this is my cell phone and they hung up quickly

Received a call a few days ago that was on my answering machine asking for my ex son-in-law. I ignored it. Same person....Chastity Montoya called today and left message that a civil complaint was being filed .... did not say the name of whom the complaint was against. I returned the call and "Paige" answered. Would not connect me with extension 135 as I requested but asked if I knew "Joseph". When I told her he was my ex son-in-law and never lived here, she just said my number would be removed and hung up. I called back and complained that a threatening msg had been left on my machine and she said there was no threatening msg and hung up on me!

Same thing. Chasity. Has social security lawsuit against family member. Also called me from another number which I researched and also a scam number

I received a call from this number-asked for me by name, told them the person they were looking for wasn’t available. Caller said she was Chastity Montoya from McKay Richardson outside of Buffalo, NY. Said there was a civil suit filed against me, gave me a case # and asked for me to call her back.

Lady called and said that she had a civil complaint attached to my social security number and my name and address. I asked her about this 'civil complaint' and she said either I complied right away or she would send the police to my house and job right away. I asked her which county/city these officers were coming from and she could not tell me. She then started yelling and eventually hung. Spam call indeed. It's ridiculous!

Called me by name and said someone was trying to reach me in a civil suit in the county I just moved in. Referenced a file number as well. Definitely a spam call i pay any debts and no civil suits. Wish these people would just get a real job.

She left a message claiming that she had two complaints on me at her "office" . Claimed her name was Paige.

Claimed to be calling from McKay Richardson and Associates and that someone has file a civil suit. She didn't call me by name just left a message

the lady hung up on me when i asked them to take me off their call list
