yo guys are really slow no they cant guarantee everyone a job but they have ben good to me and you do not have to have a TWIC card ok to get started es for the rig thouheveryon can not get a twicbecuse of some bckgrounds you should know whats on your background or get the twic before you go to the class they always answer y call

I look in the newspaper and I'm was wondering is marine consultant recruiter a scam or not cause I suppose to go to training on may 15 2015 I'm from Mississippi please tell me before I drive down there

Beware!!!! The Florida Attorney General is too busy campaigning so these goons who run classes promising you a job on the oil rigs are LIARS. The State of Florida should arrest them all. Oh yeah, they get you your BASIC credentials for about $500.00, but you NEVER get a call back after you drive to Ft. Walton Beach for your CLASS or CLASSES. Frauds!! Beware !!!!!!!!Think about it... They teach hundreds of students like they are going to get jobs for them, but I doubt the oil rigs pull two people out of all those trained (and I use the word TRAINED loosely sinc you are really trained for nothing. The ratio of student placement should be much higher than 2:500. They keep raking in the students though because the economy is so hard. They know that they are a scam, but they give a disclaimer that they are not promising any work, so you think they are honest, but they need a boat and house payment.DO NOT BE A SUCKER !! REPORT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, though I do not believe that agency will do a thing about it since I have called them five times this year.

so this company Marine Transport Indurstry is a scam for 285.00. I just got a call back from them and Trevor said that the class was one day and they go as far as setting you up with interviews with the different companies and he said I will have my certificate and card with pic ID on it and all I need is a TWIC to go with it but I can apply for TWIC card after the training class. But he said he has a [***] load of companies hiring that he will get me an interview and in front of them it's my job to seal the deal and get the job. Now people said this training is a scam what part is the scam the training or the fact he has hundreds of companies to set me up with interviews. Is the training the scam or the fact that there isn't that many companies hiring from his one day training class. So if anyone knows and can tell me what part if this is a scam before I waste 285.00 plus my time. thanks for the feed back

Hey I just read your comment about the offshore oil recruiters scamming you on a job? I was just offered a good job opportunity from them, but they said that i would have to pay for a $215 class, then they will call me for an interview. But i wasnt sure if they were pulling my leg or not??

i just went to this class in Ft. Walton Beach.. Haven't received my hard copy yet, but then again I just attended the class Thursday, June the 25th. I'll keep you posted though.
