Got a call at 2:00 am. Did not answer when I saw "Medical Alarms" on the caller ID. Do not appreciate having my sleep interrupted by BS marketing firms. Blocked with EXTREME prejudice...
3:55 AM - Call woke us up, jumped out of bed. Thinking a friend or family member was dead or injured. I'm so angry! Writing this at 4:27 AM. Can't go back to sleep have to be up by 6 AM. Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
