Got a call re: a former tenant from Sylvia. "It is a matter of some urgency. I can help her with the investigation if I will return her call." Very vague. No identification given and if law enforcement "investigating" someone, they certainly would have identified themselves as such. I do not subscribe to ANY of the social medias but I received the same person and same message on two of my phone numbers. I agree with former post...probably a skip tracer, collection agent. Let her do her own dirty work and stop annoying people.

I had been called by this number a few times a couple of weeks ago and ignored their calls. 2 days ago I was served. Turns out Direct Recovery Services is suing me for 20 K dollars... Don't make the same mistake answer the call!

I had a few different numbers contact me from DRS looking for my ex husband and I been telling them that he may move out the country.They were not able to get my ex husband cellular phone number and I do not were is he now. They do not stop bothering me, they has been calling my neighbor, the call my daughter ex-boyfriend, they call me at work with I can be on trouble. I changed my phone number on several occasions and continues to call a lady by the name of Silvia Hope. I have nothing to do with this. Who can do to stop these calls.

These are all lies people.Do not pay any attention to most of these posts. These people posting on here are also the scammers.

If you call these scammers for some stupid reason ask for proof of debt. Do not take no for an answer. It is the law that they send you proof in the US mail, not sent to your email.I am telling you all, these people are scammers. Report them NOW!I have been getting calls from these scammers for the past 4 years and not one has given proof of debt.

Even their website is fake on a Go Daddy web server.Just because they have a web site does not mean they are legitamate.It is a cheap [***] website with no information about their company or about them.Anyone can purchase a website. Even scammers and they have proof.Do Not Fall For Their Scam!

Received a call from 855-269-9682, saying last time they are going to help resolved my issue. Don't know the company and think it might be scam

This recording says "MY OFFICE HAS SPENT ENOUGH TIME AND RESOURCES TRYING TO REACH YOU. YOU NEED TO CALL BACK WITH CASE NUMBER XXXXXXX IMMEDIATELY."They don't say what it is for or who it is for - it is some bogus collection attempt and they don't answer when you call back either.I'm so tired of these scam artists and such calling even after being listed on do-not-call registries and complaints.

Said his name Ray villanova...last attempt to collect...referred a case number.I don't owe anyone anything. Must be a scam.

I just got the same exact call from 555-269-9628! They said that they were "tired of wasting their resources on me" and that "it is in YOUR best interests to call me back right away!" We don't owe anyone a single penny! Besides, if it was a legitimate debt collection agency, they would have had to send me a letter in the mail, notifying me of exactly what debt I owe, why I owe it, and who I owe it to. They never did that. These people are a scam! I reported them to consumerfinance.gov Now they're going to have to put up or shut up, and if they don't, I can sue them!! Make sure you report these [removed:lang]! GRRRRRRRR!!!
