Just got off the phone with numerous employees. All I'm asking for is a copy of the contract i signed so i know it is my debt which i would be more than willing to take care of. I spoke with Ann Washington who was the RUDIEST person i have ever some too. I hence a letter from the "corporate offices" in Brooklyn new York. The letter is from Sylvia Holt, "Senior Account Manager" Her phone number (855-269-9628) goes directly to music indefinitely. The other phone number on the letterhead (855-377-7166) is "temporarily out of order" and the only different phone number on Google (718-855-5300) is also "temporarily out of order" I'm a senior citizen ago has had numerous strokes and the people i spoke with (Cory ? Who gave me the phone number 612-216-1006 which is not in service) he too was extremely rude -- though not as bad as Miss (and i use the term loosely) Washington. Another employee (Jay Thornton) told me that the request was "put in" and to check back in two weeks. I was put on hold every minute by all parties. Now who in their right mind would pay a debt without proof that it is THEIR debt????? I should have read the comments on this site to know who i was dealing with.

If you do not call back concerning a wrong number, that is perfectly fine. However, we will not be able to remove the number.

I have been contacted many times via email and phone. I have requested a copy of the original signed contract which, of course, i have not received. Please remember that a debt collector is not empowered to initiate any sort of legal action. Only the original creditor can do that. This "firm" is obviously not valid. Don't even deal with them.

If you want info on this company call an attorney that handles Collection Agencies. Tell them you are being harassed by these Swine and attorney will tell you "They cannot do anything because these people will not reply to requests and are a scam company that buys old Debt they know they cannot collect on". They also buy old debt that they have no idea if paid off or not They are 100% TRASH !. May be affiliated with a company named Portfolio Recovery but you can file claim against them.

Think it may be a debt collector company. The call was a stretch looking for a person I barely know. This company may be using facebook or other online services to track down people. They were nice on the phone yet vauge.
