It is Sirius XM Radio calling to try and renew and/or sell a subscription. They have been calling 3+ times per day for over a week. I told them to put me on their do not call list and they said it can take up to ten days, so the calls won't stop until then. And the guy barely spoke English! How annoying!

This company is so annoying. I don't want their service so they decide that calling me multiple times per day is really going to make me want to subscribe. I am also on the do not call list.

I TOO GET THIS ANNOYING CALL & THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. MY TRIAL IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE & THE PHONE CALLS HAVE BEEN MANY. WISH I COULD BLOCK THEM FROM MY PHONE

Add me to that list. Getting calls several times a day, every day, and no message left.

They call several times a day, every day. They called this afternoon & when the answering machine picked up the man said "I'm not leaving a message". They just called again @ 8:45pm. I guess the do not call no solicitation policy doesn't apply to them? If I wanted to continue my 3 month free trial, I would ave responded to the twice weekly reminders in my mailbox. Stop calling!

Unfortunately yes, the DNC law does not cover them since you are considered a current customer even if it was just a 3-month free trial. They can call for up to 18 months after you stop being a customer. However, they are required by law to cease calling for sales purposes if you tell them you do not want to receive sales calls from them. A verbal request should be sufficient but a written request sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt so you have proof they received it can be used to sue them in court for each call after notification to cease calling.

Got a new phone, this number called me almost immediately I dd no answer they did not leave a message. Reminded me to register my number on DNC though.

Stop calling me

I just started getting them yesterday... I didn't answer the call as it said Cambodia.

I blocked for the third time (three different numbers) next time I buy a car I am going to tell them i do not want a "free" subscription to XM radio. I would never pay for it as it sucks!
