At first I answered the caller questions about my children, my former health insurance and more. I started to get suspicious when I asked him if he had my client id number and he said that he wouldn't have it handy. He said his name was cunde and he had an accent

Called my husband, who never gets any phone calls of any kind. He had them call me and they proceded to ask if I could give them info like date of birth and such. I told them no, that they should have it and I was not going to give out over phone. They could send it to me through mail and I would see what info they needed. He then opened up both of my kids files and said he would send out. He had an accent. Very quiet phone call. Everytime I call community health plan they have other voices in people in back. Its as a scam. Do not give info!

Health Appraisals (Conduent) is a company that is used for Health Surveys that CHPW uses. The survey is purely voluntarily. If you would prefer not getting these phone calls call CHPW Customer Service at 800-440-1561 and request to be placed on the do not call list. - Oh and I work in Customer Service at CHPW.

Actually I received 2 calls from members asking about this number, I had to check with a lead to make sure the number was associated with the people doing the survey. Then checking here to see what the issue was and hoping to dissuade any concerns.

They called yesterday about my child's health care, but I don't have a child so I told them they have the wrong number. A guy with a heavy accent apologized and hung up. Today I received another call about my child's health care, this time it was a different named child. Next time they call, probably tomorrow, I will answer and request to be removed from their call list and see if that works.
