I don't work there, I own a medical business. I just follow banking blogs and financial stuff. I'm just saying it's a way they improve their customer service, which was rated number one. Victims...people can be such melodramatic jokes. Honestly none of you people have even answered your phone and done a survey, it's hilarious.

Keep getting calls from this number...noone is ever there.

This number keeps calling every evening...drives me nuts...never anyone there.

Got a call from them wanting to do a survay. said they were a third party, onbhalf of my bank, i told them i am at work , not interested. then i hung up.

Two calls from 855-496-4285 have appeared on my caller ID box today. No message was left. The box claimed "TOLL FREE CALL" under the number, but as far as I can determine, area code 855 is not in use at this time, so the number is likely faked.I have an unlisted phone number.

This is a toll free number like 800, 866it is a customer satisfaction company

Daily calls from this number to my cell phone. Never a message. Trying to block it.

I just got a call from this number. Not knowing who it was I answered it expecting it was an employer, but instead I heard clicks on the other end and they immediately hung up after exactly 5 seconds.I looked up the number right away and found this page. Sounds like I fit the profile like most of everyone else, except my phone is with Bell instead.This is the first time this number has called me, but it isn't the first time I've received one of these deadringers that turn out to be scammers when I later search the numbers online.
